Bravo for reminding us and informing us about good nutritional health. I would like to see the food industry follow your lead so when I do my food shopping I wouldn’t be so surrounded by poor choices. So thanks for sharing valuable information!!!

Ellen good article but a bit upsetting. Here I thought a diet of fried Calamari was both delicious and nutritious. now you tell me it's not nutritious and it's not even Kosher. Next thing you'll tell me is that Greebanas are unhealthy. What's next? Shmaltz? Wow is me! UNC.
